RETURN POLICY
Items in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by a receipt, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded or exchanged to the original payment method. Items that are opened, damaged, and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
There are some exceptions to our return policy:
- Please contact us before returning any product purchased online. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Returns or exchanges on items without a receipt may not be accepted.
- A defective item is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Certain items purchased from Maexou are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- All products offered in the Funko éPOPée section are pre-owned. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible.
- Products in the Funko éPOPée section (green tags in stores) are identified by a code consisting of letters and numbers placed before the product name.
- Items on sale or marked as final sale on the website.
- Snacks and beverages
- Mystery boxes
- Gift cards
- All products from the Trading Cards category
